Brad Hillier is a big four trained executive with over 20 years of professional and executive leadership experience. He is an expert in aligning strategy and resources to operationalize business, strengthen performance, and foster an environment to fuel innovation.

Initially, Hillier joined Re-Bath as the Chief Financial Officer in 2010. He played a significant role in helping the company recover from the housing market crash and was instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to position the company for growth. In 2012, he became Re-Bath’s Chief Operational Officer where he revitalized the company’s product offering to include non-acrylic products such as the company’s patented natural stone wall systems.

In 2015, Hillier was named Chief Executive Officer and shifted the business model from product-centric to consumer-centric, tackling a highly fragmented industry with a one-stop-shop approach. In 2017, he developed the brand promise to demonstrate the focus on delivering quality products, design guidance, and an effortless remodel experience. Under his leadership, Re-Bath has achieved impressive growth marks, increasing systemwide gross sales from $184M in 2017 to $487M in 2023. As Hillier continues to lead with a results-forward approach, he attracts entrepreneurs nationwide and has grown franchise unit count from 104 in 2017 to 136 in 2023.
